All sorts of stuff! Most of all, it's real work that lives in the real world across our family of apps. Our past team has made films, traveled to shoots, designed stickers, written TV scripts, managed huge teams, and more. It will be real-world experience that starts with supporting active projects to eventually producing your own campaigns at Meta.

Application deadline closes October 1st. If you’re selected to go to the next stage, somebody on our team will contact you to arrange an interview and meet our hiring managers in October.

We spend each day collaborating with great people across different cross-functional roles—all across the world. No matter your discipline, you’ll work on creative and innovative teams. You’ll work in our NYC office at least three days a week.

Completely varies. Some have had very little industry experience, while others have had one or two years of work experience or went to an advertising portfolio program. You don’t need a ton of experience to apply (less than 3 years), and it doesn’t matter where you are coming from or in which program you learned your craft. All that matters is that you can demonstrate you have a creative, hungry spirit and are excited to make cool things.
-
Yep. There is a paid stipend for the year you are working with us.
